Baby's First Apricots - Homemade Baby Food

Apricots are a great nutritious fruit for babies.  Choose ripe apricots, wash well and slice in half, discard pits.

Place cut side down in a pan filled with 1 inch of water,

Bake at 400'F until soft
Let cool, peel skins and puree.  These are fairly watery so you don't need to add any liquid to your puree, freeze the bright orange yumminess in ice cube trays!
