Baby's First Plums - Homemade Baby Food

Plums are in season and they make a yummy first baby food.  Ripe plums are best since they are sweeter.
Drop whole, washed plums into a pot of boiling water for 5-10 minutes, until soft.  Immediately transfer to a bowl of ice water and peel off the skins then slice in half and remove pits.

Puree adding small amounts of water or cooking liquid if needed.  Pipe the puree by snipping the corner of a resealable bag into you ice cube trays and Viola!
