Bruschetta Chicken {Paleo, Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Low-carb}


Bruschetta is one of my most favorite flavor combinations. In an attempt to lighten up the carbs and transform this into a staple rather than a once-in-awhile-treat, I had the idea to pair all that delicious Italian flavor with some smoky grilled chicken instead of the standard stale bread.
