Easy Mixed Bean Soup {Gluten-Free}

This soup is full of flavor and healthy fiber! It's a great way to use a leftover ham bone or you can always add some diced ham instead. Or skip the ham altogether if you want it to be vegetarian. Can't get much more affordable than this either. Dried beans are inexpensive and easy to keep in your pantry for a rainy day. Just soak them overnight. Click over to to see my recipe. Enjoy!
