Potato Broccoli Hash {Gluten-free, grain-free, breakfast}

Happy Friday! We're looking forward to a fun weekend starting tonight with a big movie night at our church! Excited to see the movie Inside Out by Pixar. Have you seen it? I've heard good things!

Meanwhile....This recipe...Love Love Love this delicious breakfast hash!! It is so tasty with the addition of wholesome vegetables and just a sprinkle of rich, creamy goat cheese. This makes an awesome weekend breakfast! I love to add some extra hot sauce on top. You can even add a scrambled egg or some scrambled egg whites to bump up the protein.
