Grilled Chicken Salad with Garlic Jack Bread
A quick and easy dinner for a warm weather evening. The chicken is seasoned lightly with salt and pepper and grilled. We added apple slices, shredded carrots and my personal fav, blue cheese crumbles to a crunchy green salad. Sorry about the picture it was kind of an afterthought as our evening was a little crazy (think 3 year old boy). The bread machine slaved over the garlic jack bread this afternoon. Leave a comment if you want J's recipe for the awesome bread.
