Rustic Breakfast Hash with Bison {Gluten-Free}

This breakfast hash is super tasty and filling, perfect for a weekend brunch. Bison is rich in iron, more so than other meats, lower in calories comparatively and is a great source of essential fatty acids. It also tastes great!
