Baked Tilapia with Lemon {Gluten-Free, Seafood, Healthy Fish}

Tilapia is a light and flaky fish that isn't too overpowering in it's flavor. In other words, it's not a very "fishy" fish. You can substitute any mild white fish that you prefer in this recipe. Lemon is the perfect bright citrus match for fish and really compliments it well. My family isn't super into seafood but they enjoyed this! Click over to to see my recipe.
