Our Weekly Menu {Gluten-free} 04.19.15

It's another Weekly Menu! Here's what we're planning for this week! With the tail end of colds and cool rain, we're leaning towards comforting soups this week. Happy meal planning. Enjoy!

SUNDAY: Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup -With gluten-free pasta added in the last 10 minutes of cooking

MONDAY: Potato Kale Soup from our freezer stash with Homemade Coconut Biscuits - subbing in ground chia in the biscuits instead of egg

TUESDAY: Gluten-free Spaghetti with Turkey Meat Sauce and a big green salad

WEDNESDAY: Pumpkin Chili in the Slow Cooker with Light and Fluffy gluten-free Cornbread

THURSDAY: Take out (Yay!)
